I would like to challenge your thinking! If the 7 days of the week were a teeter totter. Then if you workout 2 or 3 days per week you are "RESTING" for the other 4 or 5 days. Now if you can workout at least 4 times per week we can tip those fitness gains in our favor.

4 Training session per week is were the magic happens. This membership allows you to attend 16 training session per month - this means you could come 3x one week and 5x next week. Sessions can be used towards CrossFit, Oly lifting, or Yoga classes. Unused classes can be carried over to the following week BUT NOT the following month. Great option for shift workers or busy professionals

This is the minimum dose of exercise per week for anyone and is a great place to start for most people. This membership will allow you to attend 3 CrossFit training sessions each week. Unused classes DO NOT carry over to the next month! ONLY the CrossFit classes are included in this membership option.
